Work performed outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Asena and Co reserves the right to terminate any engagement with reasonable notice if terms are violated or if the working relationship becomes untenable.

Intellectual Property in Client Engagements

Templates, SOPs, frameworks, and systems created by Asena and Co during a client engagement are licensed for use by the client for the duration of the engagement unless otherwise specified in writing. Ownership of all proprietary methodologies, templates, and consulting frameworks remains with Asena and Co. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or share these materials with third parties.

Testimonials & Case References

Asena and Co may reference general, non-identifying details of past engagements for marketing or portfolio purposes. No client names, employee data, or confidential business details will be shared without explicit written permission.

Force Majeure

Asena and Co shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or technology failures, pandemics, or other events that prevent normal business operations.
